We identified a critical need for a smart, efficient solution that could:

We developed an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that makes the hiring process easy and fast.

  5. Automated Communication: The user can setup automations and the system handles routine communication with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the process.

Development Process

Our approach to building this AI-enabled ATS was comprehensive and iterative:

  1. Market Research: We conducted extensive research into the pain points of recruiters and existing ATS solutions.
  2. User Interface Design: Our design team created wireframes and prototypes, focusing on intuitive navigation and clear data presentation.
  3. Applications Development: We developed the web application and trained existing LLM models to accurately parse resumes and match candidates to job requirements. The relevancy score algorithm was also built by us.
  4. Iterative Improvement: Based on user feedback, we continuously refined the UI and AI algorithms.
